during voting times:
- Election Officials (Poll Workers)
- Voters
- Persons in care of Voters
- Persons legally assisting Voters
- Law Enforcement or Emergency Personnel
- Persons working in the building (Not allowed in Voting area except for pass through)
- Individuals authorized by the Election Commission(s)
- Authorized Poll Watchers *
Note:
- Candidates are allowed in voting area during Early Voting to observe only and must present identification.
- Candidates may not be Poll Watchers.
- Candidates are not allowed in voting area on Election Day unless there to vote.
- Exit Pollsters are not allowed, within 100-foot of the voting location.

Poll Watchers must be authorized by a Candidate, Political Party, or recognized Entity for or against an issue on the ballot.
Both signatures on the Authorization Form must be notarized, then filed with the County Clerk.
Completed form must be presented to the Chief Poll Judge to be allowed access to the voting area.
