NOTICE: 
Poll Watchers are now required to take an online training course provided by the State Board of Election Commissioners.

​Only the following are allowed in the polls
(or within 100 feet of the main entrance)
during voting times:
  • Election Officials (Poll Workers)
  • Voters
  • Persons in care of Voters
  • Persons legally assisting Voters
  • Law Enforcement or Emergency Personnel
  • Persons working in the building (Not allowed in Voting area except for pass through)
  • Individuals authorized by the Election Commission(s)
  • Authorized Poll Watchers *
Note:
  1. Candidates are allowed in voting area during Early Voting to observe only, and must present identification.
  2. Exit Pollsters may be allowed if approved, within the 100 foot limit, but not in the voting area.
Click on each of the items below for information and forms to become an Authorized Poll Watcher*.

Poll Watchers must be authorized by a Candidate, Political Party, or recognized Entity for or against an issue on the ballot. 

Both signatures on the Authorization Form must be notarized, then filed with the County Clerk. 
​Completed form must be presented to the Chief Poll Judge to be allowed access to the voting area.
