Garland County Polling Locations November 2024
Electioneering is not allowed, by state law, in the building in which voting occurs, and a 100-foot radius from the primary exterior entrance to said building. The Garland County Election Commission has no jurisdiction over any other private property.

Early Voting Locations
These locations are also Election Day voting locations.
Election Commission Building
Early Voting & Election Day. No unattended signs on county property or attached to the fence.
Uptown Hot Springs (Mall)
Early Voting & Election Day. Unattended signs on grass adjacent to Central Ave. No electioneering on Dillard’s property.
Community Baptist Church (HSV)
Early Voting & Election Day. Entrance to parking lot is inside the 100 ft perimeter, so vehicle signs must be removed prior to entry or exit. Unattended signs allowed to right of entrance.
Bill Edwards Center
Early Voting & Election Day. New location. City has designated an area where electioneering is allowed. See Map
Garland County Library
Early Voting & Election Day. During election time, no electioneering within 100 ft of entrance, non-election times free speech is allowed outside a 30 ft perimeter. Unattended signs allowed on grass area adjacent to Malvern Ave.
Lake Hamilton School FFA Barn
Early Voting & Election Day. New Location. School has designated an area where electioneering is allowed. See Map
Fountain Lake Fire Department
Early Voting & Election Day. Unattended signs allowed on grass to the right of entrance. DO NOT BLOCK DRIVE OR DOORS.

Red Oak Baptist Church
Election Day only. Church does not allow unattended signs on their property.

Election Day only. Church does not allow unattended signs on their property. Held signs allowed on west side grassy area adjacent to Airport Road.
